How does your fast delivery work?

Your order will be delivered within 1-2 business days for all orders placed before 15 hours after validation (every day except weekends andholidays). Place order before 15h will be delivered the next working day (every day except weekends and holidays). If you place your order after 15 hours, it will be delivered the next day. For example if you order on Friday after 15 hours, your order will be delivered on Tuesday. The cost of a fast delivery to France is 6 €, regardless of the size and weight of your package. Fast delivery is supported by MAIL. Your order will be delivered mailboxes.

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet ?

If you choose Standard Delivery: It’s fully trackable. If your order is above 38.00 €, no delivery charge will be applied. If your order value is less than this, the delivery charge is 5.00 €. Your parcel will arrive within 2 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after you place your order.
